Welcome to my new site called “Living in the District.”  This site is going to be my gateway to talk about Washington, DC and what it is like to live in the District.  I have recently taken a job in the District and will be moving from Fort Myers, Florida.  I have lived in NOVA (Northern Virginia) for a short period of time about about 3 yrs ago and loved everything that the Metro area had to offer.  Now I will be living near the Capitol and working on Capitol Hill.  My journey begins on February 11th 2008.  Till then, I have some work to do.
