Now in DC

Ice Storm in Springfield, VAWell I am officially all moved in to my new place in Washington, D.C. It was a trip to remember, especially the final 15 miles. Who knew there was an ice storm coming that would shut down the mixing bowl? VDOT didn’t! Well for now that’s it. I am still getting things organized and won’t have Internet till Sunday evening.

update: I have added a photo to the mix.. We sat 11 miles outside of DC for 5 hrs. We only moved maybe a mile or so in that time. We decided, since we were running out of gas, we would get off at the
Franconia-Springfield exit and stay the night at the Comfort Inn. We made out way into DC the next morning with no troubles at all.
