John are you from the DC Metro area? I'm wondering if you are getting real time traffic updates with the dash?

Yes, I have a Dash and there are a handful of other area users I see on the Dash forums. Whether or not the subscription fees are worthwhile depend partly on how you use a gps unit. To me it's worthwhile just to not have to bother with purchasing future map updates and to have the connected search. The "True Traffic" is another bonus that has helped me avoid getting stuck on several occasions already.

The unit is far from perfect as a standalone gps but with the connected updates that will improve as time goes on.

No no... Not begging at all... I am just wondering how many people have the Dash in the DC area. If you read what the Dash is all about it works best with multiple units in the area.
