DC Council is looking to ban the sale of single serving alcoholic beverages under 70 ounces.  But only in some parts of town specifically Ward 6.  All that means is you won’t see homeless buying the beverages in Ward 6.  They will just walk outside the area buy some and bring them back in.
This is just another boring useless law to add to the books. Doesn’t the council have other things to worry about?  Maybe they should help find a way to clean up the National Mall?
