There were 17 ducks that were found dead in the Capitol reflection pool this weekend.  Police Hazmat crews were called in and ran some tests to see if any chemicals were dumped into the pool.  If you haven’t looked at the pool lately its pretty nasty.  I’m still not sure why a duck would want to swim in it.
