The Washington Nationals have announced that they will be cutting the price of the 2009 season tickets by as much as $15 a game.  I am guessing that they need to fill more of the seats in the outfield.  All the games that I have been to the outfield is never populated.  The biggest crowds are in the left field upper deck where the $5 seats are located.  Maybe they should just sell all seats in the 2rd inning that haven’t been sold for $5 just to fill the stadium up. I bet this would bring in lots of concessions sales.  The cheapest season ticket per game price is now $18 and is located in the Scoreboard Pavilion (Sections 237-243).  You can get a full breakdown of the ticket prices at the Nationals website
