Be Good for Goodness’ Sake

Friday, November 14, 2008

Well it looks like the controversial ads have hit Metro for the holiday season.  Its started a couple of days ago when the media picked up that Metro would display ads by a group of humanist on Metro bus stops and buses. The add says “Why believe in a god? Just be good for goodness’ sake.” You can see photos of the ad here. Many think Metro should take them down since it’s sending a message of atheism.  So do you think metro should remove the ads or leave them up?

"Why believe in a god? Just be good for goodness' sake." What Should Metro Do?

No one complains when the churches put up ads. I say whoever has a problem with this can take it and stuff it.
