Well if you are one of the people who like to bring your house into the DC Public Library and then take a nice nap you may be out of luck soon. I’m pretty sure none of those people are reading this!  The library has proposed a ban that will only allow visitors to bring in two bags and will enforce the no sleeping policy that is already in place.  The library hopes to have the new rules in place by February 1st 2009.  If you are caught sleeping the punishment will be a temporary ban from the DC Public Library System. The effort of these new policies are to “make the system more welcoming.”
