Former Mayor and Ward 8 DC Council member Marion Barry has again not filed federal taxes.. Barry who is on probation till March of this year for not filing federal taxes for 2005 has failed again to file taxes for 2007. DC government currently withholds some of his $92,530 salary for taxes. I guess this isn’t a problem anymore since our current treasury secretary never paid his taxes either. What really shocks me is a man who was caught smoking crack as Mayor of DC who is now a city council member who hasn’t paid taxes (2005 & 2007) is making $92,530 a year! This is your tax dollars at work. Let’s make this man President!
