Are letter grades coming to DC restaurants? Wouldn’t it be awesome if you saw the letter grades in the window of your favorite restaurant? Maybe if it was a A or B! I for sure wouldn’t go to a restaurant with a D or a C. It’s good for the restaurants and the consumers. Hotels have this system already in place, the star system. The grade system wouldn’t rate the food but the conditions of the restaurant based on health department inspections and complaints.
