Federal prosecutors have asked a judge to send D.C. Council member Marion Barry to Jail for failing to pay his taxes. Barry has failed to pay his taxes eight times in the past nine years. This is the same guy who was mayor of DC and in 1990 while serving has mayor was arrested for smoking crack in his hotel room at the Vista International Hotel in downtown.
