		<description>It will be interesting to see how fast the Supreme Court rules it unconstitutional.  After all, if it could not survive the Amendment process, what makes anyone think this supposed end-run will work?  A better result would be to declare the District a no habitation zone, convert the government to a cabinet level position, level the houses and turn them into parks and federal buildings and have done with it.  Problem solved...you can now live in Maryland or Virginia and have all the representation you want.

What I find funny is that EVERYONE who lives in the district KNOWS they have no represenation...so why would they do it?  It is not, and never will be a state, at least until someone gets around to actually trying to again amend the Constitution.</description>
