Global Warming: Capitol Power Plant Protest

Monday, March 2, 2009

Does anyone know if the Global Warming Protest that was supposed to take place today in DC has been canceled due to the SNOW? The protest is supposed to be one of the biggest global warming protests ever and will take place at the Capitol Power plant on the corner of New Jersey Ave SE and E Street SE.

Yesterday when driving home I noticed that the power plant had posted US Property No Trespassing signs on the fence like the image below.  I wonder if they are expecting things to get out of hand?
