DC DMV now requires you to update your divers license photo every 17yrs instead of every 6yrs. The reason… Budget cuts! Really, this is a budget cut? Isn’t there a cost associated with your drivers license renewal? How much does a 2×2 inch photo really cost? I mean they still have to reprint licenses every 4 yrs! This makes no freaking sense.
