Monuments & Memorials

Washington DC is filled of Monuments and Memorials. In fact there really is only one Monument which is the Washington Monument. The rest are memorials mainly for US Presidents and past wars.

Museums

Washington, DC has many museums both public and private. The vast majority of these are funded under the Smithsonian Institution which are Free of cost! There is everything from Art, News, History and Nature to be seen. Let's explore what DC museums have to offer.

Parks & Outdoors

Parks and outdoor activities are very abundant in Washington, DC. The parks in DC make it easy to forget you really are still inside the bustling city of Washington, DC. Enjoy nature with a hike in one of DC's beautiful Parks.

Professional Sports

Professional sports make up a lot of activity in the city and there are plenty of loyal fans out there. DC pretty much has a pro team playing every season of the year from hockey to baseball to even pro tennis.
