Yesterday's press conference by the Mayor and Police Chief announced an arrest of an llegal immigrant from El Salvador, 27 year old Ingmar Guandique for the death of Chandra Levy. Ingmar has been charged with first-degree murder and is currently in prison on another charge in California.
