Metro to end its mystery rider program. I'm not quite sure what it is but it looks like a big waste of money.

The Red line has been fixed and is on time but Metro is currently reporting Blue and Orange line delays do to emergency track maintenance. Trains are sharing the same track between Federal Center SW and Potomac Avenue.
